Sourced from high in the Andes at 2100m, this coffee is grown using sustainable methods by descendants of the Inca warrior tribes, the Inga Aponte, on land reclaimed from drug cartels. The equatorial climate, with cold mountain nights at this altitude, produces small but wonderful berries. Roasted carefully, this produces a sparkling and bright coffee. The perfect morning wake up brew!

This batch has been gently roasted to be suitable for cafetiere, filter, Aeropress. It can also be enjoyed in home espresso type brews.
