We want you to enjoy the coffee we sell as much as we do. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a no-quibble refund for your purchase.

This policy lasts 14 days from the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this time.

If you are unhappy or have any issues with your order then please contact us directly via our website and we will be in touch right away to resolve the matter and or issue a refund accordingly.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
